Our little critter was born in 2004 as a division of Sewer Equipment Co. of America. The folks at Sewer Equipment noticed a void in the contractor/drain cleaner market place of High Quality Jet Machines. The idea was simple, take everything they had learned in over 30 years of building sewer equipment and look at what works and doesn’t work in competitive products and then build the best-valued machine on the market.

Realizing that this market is very different from the municipal market that Sewer Equipment Co. of America dominates, they decided to create an entirely new brand of machines to focus on the plumber / drain cleaner. From this decision rose the Mongoose Jetter Brand.
